Toto von Garland is a delightful 11 month old German Shepherd. Toto loves everyone and is such a happy boy. He will greet people and dogs alike with his excited puppy energy. Because he still has to learn some polite doggie matters, such as not jumping on people, we would like to place him in a home with older kids. Toto means no harm, but he shows his love with jumping up and by mouthing. It's not aggression, it's playful energy. He met our volunteer's alpha female who put him in his place right away when she saw him jumping on the volunteer. Toto learns very quickly and didn't jump again. Although Toto loves all dogs, maybe he would really benefit from a well behaved alpha dog to teach him some good manners. He is housebroken and is just a real lovable, sweet boy who will make you smile every day! Toto also knows his commands someone has worked with him. He is treat motivated and will do anything for a chicken strip! The pictures in the sun really show off his beautiful coloring.
